Spread Proof Concept study
Annual report to workbook, in one pass — a demonstration, not a shipped tool

Delete 1 run?

This cannot be undone. There is no bin, and nothing here can bring a deleted figure back.

Figures deleted · 1

These used a spread. The report, the reading, the workbook, the check report, your edits, ticks and rulings on the run, and any CMA pack built from it are deleted now, and the run answers to nothing afterwards — no page, no download, no sheets.

What is kept is one line, and only because the place it took in your allowance is still taken until 30 days after it ran: deleting the line today would hand you that spread back. It is out of your run list meanwhile, and it goes on its own once the run counts for nothing.

What stays: the company's credit file, and every mapping, ruling and classification you have confirmed. They are decisions, not figures, and they are what stops next year's report asking the same questions.

Delete the report, keep the year.
Goes: the pages, the reading, the workbook, its checks and ticks. Stays: its year in the company’s file and on Across years, as filed.
Delete the year entirely.
Also goes: its year in the company’s file and its column on Across years. Your name and this reason stay on the record.

Nothing is deleted by a clock unless this service sets a retention or purge period; a report, a year or the whole company goes when somebody deletes it.
